He will be responsible for creating awareness, excitement and buzz about current and new 123India.com products & services. He will learn about consumer interests and behaviors (by studying how people use 123India.com) and develop programs to attract new people to the site and to encourage loyal users to incorporate more.
He will prepare a business plan and make team members aware of their equivalent responsibility. He will monitor each of his team members and identify deviation from the plans and take corrective action. He will fill any temporary vacation that may arise in the team.
