He will confer with seniors to identify personnel needs and workforce planning strategies. He will ensure an understanding of the job description and business requirements.
He will review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills and knowledge in relation to position requirements. He will prescreens, take interviews and manage & coordinate all communication with candidates. He will develop & implement systems for smooth functioning of the hiring process.
He will maintain accurate and well ordered documentation of all candidates and other hiring activities.
He will be responsible to manage the selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in recruiting and matching the candidate with specific position requirements.
