· Coordinating the process activities with software project vis-à-vis
· Process Audits / Reviews
· Awareness Sessions
· Analyzing the data provided by projects
· Continuous optimization of QMS
· Adapting a proactive approach in detecting and sharing an opportunity for improvement from project audits and reviews
· Publishing of Organization's Capability Baseline Reports, if required
· Optimization of CMM/CMMI Processes by identifying a process improvement opportunities during the implementation in the projects
