Under direct supervision he will assist with the preparation and presentation of the organization orientation program.
After recruitment the candidate will move to the orientation team. The one month orientation program will be managed by him. This includes necessary administrative support to the program, day to day follow up with the candidates and providing them with their daily schedule.
He will develop & implement systems for the smooth functioning of the program.
He will liaise with the team leader for the domain related information & preparation of test module and with his help judge the domain knowledge of the candidate before including in the main stream.
He will be responsible to observe candidate in performance of their duties and assists with training, leading and guiding the activities of the candidate as required. He will report work habits and performance of the candidate on a predetermined frequency.
He should be able to lead and train candidate. He should have ability to use independent judgement. He should be able to handle diverse situations.
