You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and business processes, and support implementation of OSS Products. Should be able to assist customers in integrating products from different vendors, handling of product upgrades, product acceptance testing, onsite services for problem resolution including escalation of problems to various levels in the product development team. Very good customer facing skills, and strong problem solving skills are a must.
