She writes and edits reports, brochures, and/or manuals for internal documentation, customer reference, or publication. Researches and analyzes available internal documentation and verifies copy with appropriate departments. She compiles data and writes or revises text for informative, instructional, or promotional articles, user documentation, media guides, or similar materials of a non technical nature. She will research topics including gathering and sorting source and background materials; consults with various personnel to clarify details of source materials; cultivates story ideas. She will assist with departmental education
She will create company marketing materials, innovation and creativity in the form of continuous improvement to internal processes. She will research & prepare case studies on various aspects of company’s business and write white papers on topics relevant to the company.
Gradually she will gain an understanding of each department of the company and interact with each department employee to conduct job analysis which will include reviewing the Job description, Job Profile, Job responsibilities & have employees write job duties.
